I believe you can bring your kids’ homeschool education to life while still balancing your other responsibilities. And part of life-giving homeschooling is offering variety in your homeschool day. This might mean studying history on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays while doing science on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Or it might mean spending one day doing all of the science for the week. Or maybe spending every Friday just on hands-on projects.Â
I addition to varying subjects, it’s crucial to add in activities that are more engaging than just your typical dry textbook/worksheet type work. If you’re using a textbook or online curriculum and pulling your hair out because your kids aren’t remembering anything…this is why they aren’t: It’s too boring.  Easier for you, yes. But better for them? No.
At the least, please inject some high-interest activities to engage your kids’ brains. So here are our 20+ most popular lesson plans to add some spark to your homeschooling.
