Make sure your spam folder doesn’t eat my emails!

Please “whitelist” our email addresses [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected] to make sure that doesn’t happen.

It’s easy and will just take a couple of minutes.  Take a look below, find your email provider and just follow the quick instructions.

 

 

G-Mail

1. Open the email we sent you. (If you are expecting an email from us and don’t see it in your inbox, make

sure you check your Spam folder!)*

2. Click the “More Options” link near the title of the email next to the date.

3. Click “Add sender to contacts list”

*If the email was automatically sent to your Spam folder, simply:

1. Click on the “Spam” link to open your Spam folder.

2. Click on the email I sent you.

3. Click the “Not Spam” button at the top of the email.

Note that if you don’t open a few of our emails in a row, we may again be relegated to your Spam folder! If so,

please follow the directions above again to take us out of your trash! Or better yet, open our emails regularly

to make sure they don’t end up there. =D

 

Yahoo

1. Open your Yahoo mailbox

2. Click “Mail Options”

3. Click “Filters”

4. Next, click “Add Filter”

5. Look in the top row, labeled “From Header:” and make sure “contains” is selected.

6. Next to the drop-down menu, click in the text box and enter the address in the “From” line of your e‐

mail message (Please select the e-mail address from the list provided)

7. At the bottom, where it says “Move the message to:” select “Inbox” from the menu.

8. Click the “Add Filter” button again.

 

Hotmail

1. Click the “Options” tab

2. Under “Mail Handling” select “Safe List”

3. In the space provided, enter the address in the “From” line of this e-mail

4. Click “Add”

5. When you see the address you entered in the Safe List box, click “OK.”
